Dr. Simmens is the _top energy advisor to PA Governor Edward Rendell_ 
and a former energy advisor to Al Gore.  He has been _trained by former 
Vice President Gore_ to give an abridged presentation discussing the 
importance and implications of the message in "An Inconvenient Truth".  
He is a truly gifted speaker and knowledgeable policymaker, as well as a 
good friend to WPBA.
